DIRECTIONS:


HOT TEA: Use approximately 1-gram per cup (i.e. 4 tbsps. to a litre).  Add just-boiled water and allow it to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. (Alternatively, infuse in warm water for up to 12 minutes). Remove the leaves. Garnish or flavor up with mint or lime if desired.

 

ICED TEA: Follow the instructions as above. When the tea reaches room temperature, refrigerate or serve over ice or chilled water.

 

REMEDIALLY: This tea is best to drink at room temperature. Pour boiled water into a cup until it is filled halfway. Allow to cool down for 10 minutes , or allow kettle to cool down after boiling.
